AIR FRYER INFO
I have an air fryer & have used it, but not a lot. Happy to hear your tips & tricks or favorite items to cook in one. Recipes or food recs are appropriate here I guess.
INSTANT POT INFO
I have one, have never used it. Help a gal out here. Should I dust it off & give it a go? π§΅

It's just past 1 am but cone mirning I will look up that setup thing where the first thing you do is steam (I forget how much) water for 5 minutes: it cleans it and is your Reassurance that everything works and it won't asplode. Brilliant.

That and a big bag of frozen dumplings you can just steam 6 or 8 over a bed of greens (bok choi?)
for so many reasons, ingredients and prepped goodness.
Paula Wolfert's cookbooks also take you by the culinary hand and tell you stories about where she traveled to & learned with along the way.
Let me know if you'd like recipes we use a lot (cos Lise and I make variations and take notes). I would also just love to point you to https://theMinistryofCurry.com who write recipes for trad or IP cooking & whose cookbook we've also had out from the library. ππππππ YUM.
I use my one pot for curries, soups, stews.
My six quart makes about 7 big servings of soup.
I used the small air fryer & liked it a lot which is why I got a bigger one.
In your shoes, Iβd keep the small instant pot & large air fryer.
Hoping I can reconnect with friends and get to know others better & make some new ones. (This still sucks.) Thanks, folks. β€οΈ π§΅
