Dumpy pants let him off cause now he’ll own him and do his bidding for him. And I’m sure he’s hearing rumblings that Gov Cuomo may be considering a run for NYC mayor. This way dumpy pants can get his pet rat to do his worst on Cuomo on his hatred platform. Fortunately, most of NYC hates dumpy!
