My girl is now two and a half and still not slowing down much. She's doing an excellent job of getting my 8 1/2 yo curmudgeon to cat again.
He got very depressed after we lost his brother a few years back. He's actually pouncing on stuff now! Sometimes on her. 😄

P.S. two of my 100% unknown origin cats could pass for Russian Blues. But each was 100% tiny urchin born to a homeless domestic cat. Just like the other, non solid gray cats who rule our home.

Both parents must be known and have a lineage certificate attesting to the same breed for a kitten to be considered purebred. It's pretty much the rules in a nutshell.
