I took focus supplements and to the shock of no one, I was able to focus. My brain was so clear that now I wondering if it's finally time to maybe consider actual ADD medication.

I tried to take them daily and hated how I felt so I only do an βas neededβ dose and work with supplements for the other days and Iβve found that balance works for the most part. No harm trying alternatives at all
Hahaha no I know I meant more like i use supplements or change nutrient intake every day but when im feeling super low Iβll take them. Everyone is different!! No harm in looking into them if this plan of action doesnβt work
Oh yeah I'm the same way I just am always late as hell when I start back taking stuff. Like I'm fatigued and laying on the ground. Gotta do better about that.
Tbh I have a bunch of focus supplements I forget to take but these are the ones I've remembered to take all weekend. They have a PM one to calm down and I never take it
