Ngl brother, I'd just do it on my phone via a good note-taking app.
Not tryna say your writing looks awful or anything but I think it'd be good to write up the collabs on the notebook before making a simplified version of it on the note app.

Yeah no I totally get it! My mom & I do really incomprehensible shorthand to take down things that we're doing for the month ahead in our calendar books, then we make reminder notifications of these events on our note app which has that feature to keep us in check.

After looking at the schedule for a while, I figured that out, haha. I see the convenience of this system when it comes to rescheduling collabs (you can strike them out without changing around their chronological position)
