London is a beautiful city with lots of great people, but the mobile network and GPS are absolutely trash. And to think I once thought the German mobile network was embarrassing. 🙈

It’s horrible, and it’s not because of roaming. I think they’re using old tech, bad tech, or are over-capacity. Even GPS was sometimes 300m off my actual position. Accuracy was terrible, and the connection kept dropping, even with good or full signal strength. Speeds were also really slow.
I agree, I encountered the same. When I was flying back to Poland at quite low altitude I could even turn off the airplane mode 20 minutes before landing and the connection was much more stable 😂
