Would it be of interest to you to learn that there is a leading edge, non-invasive, subtle-energy based approach to assessing and releasing stress on various glial cells including the microglia?
Incredible detail. Admittedly, a ton of this does go over my head, but it is interesting to see the mentions of the interconnections between the liver and the brain.
Love the list of references at the end… I suspect a little light bedtime reading is in my future!
My introduction to one particular modality was about clearing stress on a gross physical level. I experienced complete restoration of fluid ankle rotation and other movements several weeks after a sprain.
What had been my good’ ankle, by comparison, now felt very limited in movement.
That really got my attention so I continued thru subsequent trainings that get quite specific in identifying where things are stuck and what to do to optimize them, and in which order to do so -
ie, my ankle needed stress released first from tendons, then muscle spindle cells, then ligaments.
I’ve studied and teach approaches that combine bioenergetic muscle testing to assess various physical structures, including the glial cells. Depending on what we notice, we hold customized combinations of acupressure points to restore optimum voltage to areas under stress.
