Commander players need to, learn to play suboptimally some times. Winning is fun, but also taking one for the team, so everyone can have a fun time is also really awesome and the sign of a player who puts other's needs first.

I don't care about winning. As long as I feel like I get to DO SOMETHING, I'm fine. And, generally, those instances where there's NOTHING I can do are more accurately chalked up to bad decks or mana screw.

I have a deck that's intentionally bad. It's a Teysa deck that's built specifically to kill Krenko, and it doesn't do much else.

But I get sadistic pleasure from lulling people into false senses of security. "Oh I'm gonna take him out he doesn't know what he's doing."
