Your implication that getting arrested now wouldn’t be a path to avoid those two outcomes is…kinda silly.

@davidaugust I'm suggesting that being amongst the first to get arrested and fall out of a window doesn't put you in the running for a future presidential election (if there ever is one - the current incumbent made an election pledge that there wouldn't be).
