The problem is, their “problematic words” are so broad! I study *traumatic* brain injury, which is a leading cause of *disability*. I study its effects on the blood-brain *barrier*. Those words are all on the list!

So they are using a program that just does a word search and if it comes back with a result they cancel it.... Great. When i think they cant be any dumber the stupidity of these folks prove me wrong.

I don’t think that would even be helpful. The info on other support is what it is - you can’t really fudge the name of a grant. I guess if you had enough pubs you might be able to massage a biosketch but you can’t really change the titles of pubs and/or still make sense of contributions to science
