Yeah, my understanding is these are voter records that have somehow become detached from Social Security or driver's license numbers in the Board of Elections database but:

1. That isn't the fault of the voters.
2. Everyone had to present ID this year anyway.

There were different appendices/exhibits that broke out some of the other issues online at one point. Some voters were alleged to be felons, etc. I just can't remember where I found it. Trying to figure out why my coworker's relative is being challenged.

Oh, it's stupider than that. The forms didn't require SSN or DL numbers until recently, so it's not even an error, just how the data was entered at that time.
