This is a friend of mine. He is not a criminal; he is a father, a husband, a mechanic, a soccer player, a churchgoer, a taxpayer. He did everything he thought he was supposed to do to be here legally. This is all so arbitrary & stupid & cruel.

NEW: Alberto Rojas fled from Nicaragua after his uncle was shot, with a target on his back.
He came to Spokane, had children, loved soccer and stayed quiet with no criminal record.
He was picked up by ICE on Saturday.
