I played them back to back and they could be one long album. Which then put me off. None of them are quite as good a collection as Blue, but all good each with gems

Blue is my favorite. I've come around to court and spark later in life. It's a very good collection of songs and I can't find too much to knock it on. I think Ladies needs to have 2 songs chopped, but her original version of Woodstock is excellent. I need to give For the Roses another listen.

You've said you rate by feeling, so what's your gut saying? I take off points for flaws (filler songs, songs I lose interest in & skip, overly long run times without the consistent quality to justify the run time). By those standards C&S is damn close to a 10, Ladies is an 8.75, and Roses is 7.5.
