Your turkey and stuffing sausage rolls are a Christmas staple since you mentioned them on TAW a few years ago…these could be another…what’s the recipe please?
It’s embarrassingly straightforward - turkey thigh mince mixed with a pack of sage and onion Paxo, then rolled into ready made puff pastry and baked. Turkey breast mince doesn’t work as it’s too dry. Bake for about 20-25 mins. Maybe an egg wash if you like that sort of thing
