nothing like adhd and a list of 100 things I should do to protect myself online. I really would like to delete all of my socials but I’ve built such a network and I don’t want to lose contact.

Depending on what you are worried about you can be safe without ticking all those boxes or buying anyone's software - just by being aware of what other people can see of you.
Pretend you don't know yourself and google yourself, see what other people might be able to find. (Cont)
If you're not sure where to start / how deep to go / want to look at it from a more fun angle (and you are okay using the clock app) I recommend watching Kahn's videos - she consensually doxx's her followers and can find people with very little info (and she's fun to watch) (Cont)
Instead of a boring list, watching Kahn in action can show you *how* it is done by people who really know how to dig into social media, so you can work out what you may want to set to private or restrict for yourself :)
