Hi breadsky, my first attempt at focaccia was performed today. One relatively plain loaf (just a sprinkle of sea salt) and one cheddar tiger loaf. The crumb is slightly more dense than I'd like, but I'm still recipe shopping to settle on the perfect one 😍🍽
