I'm a Canadian and I live here in the UK. Mark was a god here, and very well respected. Even by Conservatives, he was HIRED by one. From BBC news with then PM Theresa May; 'Asked if Mrs May thought Mr Carney was "the right man for the job", the spokeswoman replied: "Absolutely"

I do, too. I spent the summer in Ukraine (of Ukrainian descent) and the people are so lovely, but so very, very tired and heavy. You could feel it in the air and I was far from the frontlines. It makes me sick that he and Musk cozy up to Putin, Musk in particular. I hate that guy.

The only people against him were the Brexiters because he was being honest about how the economy would fare after Brexit, and it has made a huge impact on products from France and other EU countries, on staffing resources, on student exchanges. Mark was right all along, he knew.

You're absolutely right. No matter where I live, at heart I'm Canadian, I always choke up when I see our flag. Canada Day here is fantastic. When Mark Carney was here, he showed up in hockey garb and played on man-made ice in Trafalgar Square.
