I think it is important to note that the AB government increased their living expenses amount (which is in addition to their salary). The living amount is more that AISH recipients receive in total

Mutual Aid/direct giving to those living in legislated poverty on disability is always a good idea to get involved in. If you could actually give that money back to the government I can guarantee it wouldn’t go to those who actually need it sadly.
