A TA’s 7 month tour of Iraq post-invasion in 2006 isn’t, on the face of it, a subject that you would think would lend itself to being one of the funniest books I’ve read. But Owain Mulligan has brilliantly written this account of his posting and it’s absolutely hilarious. Poignant too #Booksky
