I think between SM1P1 and SM1AB2 you may find an option to have a friendly neighbor workshop to tweak it to what exactly you have in mind

If you need to eliminate the stray light, one option might be a cube with tube pieces each way and other sides blocked

If you can accept smaller beam footprint, H45A should clear inside SM1
