Had such a horrible ticketing experience. I was able to get into the seating map screen and page wouldn’t load, couldn’t click on any seats…what a joke.

One of our ticketing group had the same thing happen! It was already a mess before the presale started online and things got worse from there. Ticketmaster has to go. A whole monopoly and can't even work correctly.

there was something weird going on with accounts. a bunch of us logged in and when we went to check our payment info saw other folks names, emails, etc. but also, when i got in, tickets were $800 platinum. i was not moved by that price....

I had the same issue happen too, it was terrifying. And yeah, they went so so fast. But hopefully some of that was ARMY buying their full amount of 4 tickets to resell the unused ones at face value to other ARMY. At least I have seen posts from people saying that was their plan to thwart scalpers.

It is definitely an imperfect solution! Lots of ARMY waiting in that same queue for tickets. I think the only solution here is getting the company to not agree to dynamic pricing and potentially a revamp of the presale system.

i agree, but also understand the bot situation being out of control. not sure of a good solution other than no tm. no presale codes this time which may have been an issue too.

there will inevitably be army who just can't make it as life happens closer to the date & that may be your good fortune.

Some acts use third party tale services that don't allow mark up or decide not to allow transfer at all (see the Cure). But bts gets a cut from tickets scalped back to ticketmaster and they want those $$

But you needed a registered code. Ticketmaster seems unconcerned about how jackals they are, but other major acts have done this by controlling the resale market
