Tried rib tips for the first time! Used @faroutfoodz.bsky.social Blueberry Chipotle rub and 12 Bones (a semi-famous BBQ joint here in Asheville) BBQ sauce. Not as meaty as other ribs, but the flavor combo was 🔥.
