It’s the first overt action in an out-and-out Trump/Musk/MAGA attack on our independent judiciary, a co-equal branch of government. CJ Roberts recently warned America of the dangers inherent in such an attack. He and others have identified it as a triggering event for a constitutional crisis.

He is known for physically defending the door to the House chamber on January 6.
