I’m sure they’ve given you tools to help with grounding, but I’ve found using the senses to bind you to the present helps. Listings in your head 3 things you can see, touch, taste, etc. Writing stuff down and making lists, doing physical stuff. If you have your flute, that may also help. You got it!
