No. Always handwritten on paper with an accompanying book/paper dictionary. I still do the same for Arabic (and no alliteration)

I encourage my language students to add new vocab to specially created spreadsheets.

Very useful, because you can use apps like flippity to turn them into matching games, flashcards and other learning resources.

Studying Vietnamese, currently via a thesaurus to focus on similar words differentiated by connotation. Created a spreadsheet showing one English word in a merged cell beside multiple rows, one per synonym and its context. Sometimes it's one VN word to multiple English words.
