I’ve been at it for over a dozen years, so there are definitely parts that I can sleepwalk through.
And I’m really grateful - morning class, followed by a nice diner breakfast & coffee, and then working remote from the park on a beautiful autumn day is a very good start to the day.

(Not a morning person either, but the best thing about a 6:30am jiu jitsu class is if I’m grumpy, at least I get to start the day by choking people.)
