When making bread I use "easy pour" sea salt. Seems to be about the size of table salt, but I always weigh it for consistency rather than use a measuring spoon.
I'm fearing you are going to say that the easy pour stuff is full of the same crap table salt is?
Been home cooking a lot the past few years but only just found out about table vs. kosher. I was curious why people on cooking shows (which are on cable TV when visiting my parents at Christmas) pinch vs. use a shaker. I thought they were just being pretentious 😂 So I did a search. Excited to try it

I’ll wander downstairs in a bit to check my seasalt to see if contains cruft.
Not come across kosher salt before (feels familiar but assumed it was seasalt)
