I feel like the play is to overwhelm the system. It takes infinitely less energy to craft an executive order than to adjudicate it. Want to fight it? Good luck. The Supreme Court did everything but name him king.

Trump has never told the truth, not in 2016 and to date.... somehow the GOP's foundation shifted, and they forgot that truth is a foundation. It's what we were taught to be responsible, trustworthy, and to form great relationships that promote unity and peace...
