It's a Jim Wendler 5/3/1 concoction.
Mostly work up to top sets of 5 rep then jump into back off sets. While supersetting accessories between the sets. And some easy cardio.
not as pure strength focused which is ok I'm trying to hit a weight goal (down a good chunk) and keep some muscle
