#NHMRC Investigator Grant outcomes officially released, after last weeks notification to candidates. Oveall 13.4% success rate. No data on the rates of prior successful candidates being re-awarded. Suspect new candidates at EL2 and above are likely <10% overall.

Up until a year ago everyone was a first timer in the new scheme, so will be interesting to see how things change now that there are people reapplying.
