They might run with that lol. I know it can appear a bit hair shirty, but it’s just the latest in a pattern that shows the focus of the operation is all wrong.

I mean, sure. History's littered with companies that took their eye off the ball as they grew or diversified. I find it difficult to diagnose from the outside, though.
Usually a mistake, yes, to assume knowledge of detail. But also daft not to recognise what you can see. Track club trajectories since we turned Liverpool over at Wembley in 2017/18. One side has a laser-focused winning football mentality and acted on it. The other is Spurs. Anyway, day job calls.
