That's a trust issue. Clicking "Got it" feels like joining in with it, and the last thing you want to do is join in, and you think it's going to present more horrors if you do...

Even if you turn it off, all the prompts and buttons beseeching you to use it still remain, and if you are mad enough to click them (I was) they offer you the exciting opportunity to turn it back on again
