He did a lot, actually but did a bad job of taking credit:
- Inflation came down
- Interest rates were starting to drop also
- Markets were healthy
- Helped craft a Russian containment solution RE Ukraine
- Pushed through very important infrastructure funding

But yeah, he was old and spoke weird.
