No, people who have expert skills to help the community. Like https://covidactnow.org. That was put together by people who care and KNOW how to find data. The CDC relied on but didn't give credit to folks who knew where to get and present data back in 2020. https://Pmc19.com is another.

I don't use Covidactnow because the CDC no longer requires hospital reporting nor testing, so their numbers are artificially low. Wastewater sampling is more reliable, which CovidActNow doesn't do.
