I don’t know. Vance doesn’t have Trump’s base nor do republicans in Congress fear him (though I have no idea why mean tweets are so scary). I’m not sure he’d have much power.
It doesn't matter. The Heritage Foundation will get everything they want anyway. But getting the felon out of the way is the most important thing. He is the cult leader. Without him, they're lost. They're nothing. It will fall apart.
