They may rush to implement AI, but they won't do it properly, they'll regret it, they'll pull back to hiring people, they need people to correct AI beyond asking AI again to fix it.
AI is still too early, complex, and expensive for startups to be able to imitate. So there is no multiplicative effect on jobs yet
