I can understand why they are on twitter still as there is a huge audience that needs to be captured. But they should also post the same content on Bluesky.
Maybe but I doubt the majority of those left on twitter can be can be saved, and in the mean time it is supporting Musk financially. Agreed they should be on here.
You’d be amazed how many people are on twitter that are oblivious to the whole musk thing. In fact people in general that are unaware. So I still think it is a vital channel for labour comms, much as I’d like them no to use it. Hopefully it’ll be blocked one day.
I left twitter several months ago as it was toxic, so you may be right in what you say. It is hard to imagine people in the UK aren’t aware of Musk/Trump but I suppose lots just aren’t interested in politics and don’t understand how these things affect their lives. I hope Labour are cutting through
I left in 2019, so can’t imagine what it is like now.
The connection between musk
And twitter is what I’m referring to, and general reluctance to do anything. It’s a bit catch 22 until Bluesky has enough users that people will switch. It can’t all happen overnight.
If they've had a look here all they'll see if never ending Starmer bashing so wouldn't blame them for staying away. My OH and my pals are not on any social media at all, one or two FB but that's it.
I can’t imagine twitter is any better for starmer bashing.
Most people I know that are on social media are on twitter and FB, which is worrying as they are so full of misinformation.
But Bluesky is getting that way, but at least you can block.
