Anarchist "someone should do something and you're someone" applies as much to being intentionally vulnerable and generous with transgressions from people you are in community with as much as it does to frontlining and throwing bricks.

A lot of people think a shared label is enough to be in a community and we have to accept anyone who falls under that umbrella, but that's a fundamental misunderstanding of what a community is and how it works.
That is why so many spaces wind up feeling so very white (or cis, etc)
