I have now baked 100 loaves of yeasted bread (& some cakes) since Nov 5th.

I now have basic competence in boules & loaf pan bread & using all purpose, bread, rye, & whole wheat flours.

I can make a delicious basic buttercream (next up: with chocolate!) & make, bake & frost a cake.
