Otherwise this judge is just a lying corrupt hypocrite.
Also, there may be contracts that, as long as the company isn't in bankruptcy court, that Jones must honor.

Long term... hes gonna fuck up again, fuck up again with a track record. There will come a point they have throw the book at him hard and then a reason to make new rules so this can't happen again.
