Vegan is a real good idea right now. Dried beans are crazy cheap. Vegan eggs are half the price of real eggs. Oatmeal is super cheap in bulk. Almond milk. Big year-round garden. We're eating tons of greens with some beans and killer frozen pre-made meals from last summer's veggies. $0.30/meal.
