I spent the early 2000s in content moderation, community management, writing the TOS and privacy policies (for the lawyers to sign off on) at AOL, Time Warner, Disney, and a bunch of start-up social media cos. I'm always stunned at how little people know abt this work. his team did a bang up job 👏
