I'm sure someone else has come up with this... RFK Jr's misinformation about MMR vaccine has caused deaths. How is this not negligent homicide, perhaps as part of a legal-definition conspiracy with doctors/parents withholding the vaccine? It's got loopholes, but it's maybe a start?
