Depends on compiler support. But yes, I think defer is a godd addittion to C. I already ditched C99 for C11/C17 because MSVC supports it.

That's some slick rendering! Defer has always been my favorite Go feature, and I'd love to see scope-based versions like this become a first class feature in all systems languages 🌠

My only mild critique is maybe this should say "S" instead of "D's statements"?
