Feeling a lot better from yoga and muscle stretches but it doesn't seem to be giving the weight loss results I want, or at least it's tpo subtle to notice a difference. Going to try fasting on top of it, to see how much it helps for weight loss, but for how long?

But you also need to track your calorie intake.
Also folks recommended eating 1 gram of protein per body weight. Protein and fiber helps keep you full through the day.
EX: if you need 2100 calories on average for everyday life, you need to eat 1800-1900 for a deficit
