バジルチキン焼いてみたんだけど、ニンニク乾燥バジル塩胡椒揉み込んで、両面小麦粉叩いて皮目から弱火で蓋して10分焼いたあと裏返して3分くらい?やったら、皮パリパリで肉汁ジュワジュワで美味しかった!
