No. Albanese refuses to engage with the bullshit spewed by both the LNP and the media which enables them. The National Press Club speech today clearly showed that.

Yes, to an extent - but news reports a govt policy - and then reports Dutton slamming it. As some sort of balance.
Or, reports it as Peter Dutton say ALP new policy is blah blah
That's not balanced coverage. It might be equal airtime, but it doesn't provide comparison of respective policies

Example: Monday, they repeatedly reported his 'policy' of mandated minimum sentences

Obvious questions:
What evidence is there to show it'd be effective?
Why can't judges be trusted to decide sentences?
