Biden is a good human being. And as a modest person he couldn’t bring himself to a sufficient level of self promotion of his accomplishments - communication is a supremely important aspect of the presidency. If only he’d been a better communicator we perhaps wouldn’t be in this situation

Build from the bottom up and the middle out, but, if you get the top to contribute to that goal, guess what, it'll go much more quickly. I'm serious, that's no joke. The top marginal rate should be reset to John F Kennedy levels.. 60%. There is no reason to maintain Reagan's 50% cut.
