I wish there was a cure for a broken heart and survivor's guilt (after 21 years of marriage), but I wouldn't know what it is--to be honest.
I take one day at a time. I'm being gentle with myself. I've left the things (I loved doing) behind me, and I nap as much as possible.
Only thing I can do.

I'm sorry if its rude but is there any way to give your wife a gift? In my country we believe that people in the next life can see us in this world. Wether its our family or friends. So we give them some gift like plant a tree or giving food to the poor in their name
(Her name, date of birth and date of death, will be on a bronze plaque.)
It took me this long to settle and tend to her affairs. She left me quite the legacy.
If it like that then you can focus on yourself. You already did everything you can and let the God did his job to choose what happened next. If there's a family its better to keep communication like a week or month
They are that's left of my family.
But they live in Vermont. I live in Washington State.
Is there a worship place near you? Usually they have charity community. Maybe you can get some help from there
