November 27th. On this day in 1978, Harvey Milk was murdered along with SF mayor George Moscone.
Milk is an icon of the LGBTQ+ community. His activism, advocacy and visibility laid the foundations for many of the rights (legal and social) we enjoy today. I hope he knows how grateful we are. 🏳️‍🌈❤️
